Some Things We've Done
Orphan Allies solely, or in partnership with other humanitarian aide organizations, has aided children in orphanages in Belarus, Cambodia, China, Ecuador, Guatemala, India, Kazakhstan, Korea, Marshall Islands, Mexico, Moldova, Russia, Vietnam, and Thailand. Assistance has included the following:
Purchasing beds and/or bedding for orphanages in China, Romania, and India;
Commercial refrigerators, washers and dryers, rice cookers, sewing machines, sterilizers, blenders, air conditioners, and heaters for orphanages in China, Russia, Guatemala, & Belarus;
Medications, vitamins, and medical supplies for numerous orphanages;
Clothing, diapers, shoes, and food for numerous orphanages;
Funding surgeries for children in their country of origin;
Purchasing construction materials and repair of an infant building in Cambodia;
Funding to build pig barn in Russia for orphanage;
Sponsorship of several children to come to the US for needed medical care;
Funding for cleft lip repairs and open heart surgeries for children in China on an on-going basis;
